Direct and Indirect Remuneration and Pharmacy Price Concessions

On November 5, 2014 CMS released a memo through the Health Plan Management System (HPMS) titled, “Direct and Indirect Remuneration and Pharmacy Price Concessions”. The memo is posted to the References subsection of the Prescription Drug Event section on the CSSC website to ensure that Part D sponsors and interested parties have the opportunity to review and provide comments.
